Trying to be healthy on summer break and endure the heat of South Florida calls for some creativity. After trying all different smoothies, shakes, & teas, this is my favorite (and by far the easiest) DIY summer refresher!
All you need:
Your favorite brand & blend of Kombucha (I use KeVita)
Lemonade or Limeade
Pour about three parts lemonade to one part kombucha over ice & stir!
Not only is your kombucha a little sweeter, but it will last longer & totally beats the summer heat!
For a twist, exchange the lemonade for sprite and you’ve got a kombucha spritzer!
