After nearly a year, I’ve returned to Nassau, Bahamas, on the island of New Providence, and settled into the very same pastel painted cabin that I spent a week in last August.
From driving to Orlando, joining my team, quickly boarding our flight, landing in record time, to clearing customs as a group and arriving at the Adventure Learning Camp with everyone’s luggage, we experienced only the smallest of hiccups!
God has blessed our travels thus far and is preparing our hearts for the week of music camp, sweet children, and opportunities to both serve and share the gospel.
Please pray that we would all be energized throughout each day.
Pray that all would remain in good health and adjust to ‘island life’ so our focus can remain on the work at hand.
These two verses are some that God brought to me last night. He definitely has a way of bringing the exact words I need when I least expect them.
Matthew 9:2 And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed, and when Jesus saw their faith he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.”
… “do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.” Matthew 10:19-20
One night down, eight more to go. Today, we get to spend a Sunday morning service with Kingdom Life Church!
